B2B project working with Moleskine, to explore market potential for further expansion into the German Market


Exploration of various service design protocols adapted and developed for the context of market expansion within Germany. We engaged with various stakeholders to offer a wide perspective from both a customer and distributor vantage point. Prototyping and workshoping was an essential phase of this work to ensure market viability and product service feasibility for implementation. The final work was presented to the executive leadership team at Moleskine HQ in Milan, Italy.
