As design lead for Berlin tech start-up intertempi I led the product design and delivery and overall brand strategy for almost 3 years. I collaborated with engineers and product managers to design and deliver digital services that enabled office managers and owners to diversify and optimise their underused spaces at the emergence of flexible and hybrid working in 2020. We leveraged a “test-and-learn” approach that kept our teams adaptable and aligned to both user and business goals. Significantly I developed a framework that triangulated client needs, technical feasibility, and strategic vision, to ensured alignment before scaling and delivering new features.
